The Christian Wach model is based upon a 50/50 performance level. First of all, it has a shortboard-like tail that will allow a greater level of maneuverability because of the extremely hard rails throughout the back half.

All the swallow tail is a fairly new concept to the modern longboard, with the blend of double concave, it will increase the speed generated through steep sections. It will also allow the board to go on edge and release water off the tail quicker than a squash or pin tail. The front half of the board has a slight concave with a beveled front edge to maximize tip time. This board will work best in any conditions ranging from waist to double over-head.

Most of all, it's a great competitive board because 99% of the time, judges are looking for a 50/50 based performance, and that's exactly what this board is made for.
